DVLA to introduce point management system to curb reckless driving

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) has indicated that it will soon introduce a point management system to curb driver recklessness on the roads. Under the system, points will be deducted from drivers’ licences for traffic offences, and once all points are exhausted, affected drivers will be required to return to driving school.
