Deputy Minister for Education, Dr. Clement Apaak, has said anyone demanding money from parents or guardians for Senior High School (SHS) placement for their wards is a “fraudster”. In a tweet on September 10, Dr. Apaak advised parents and guardians not to pay money to anyone for SHS placement. “Placement is free.
