A 21-year-old fisherman, Michael Dodoo, has been remanded into police custody by the Dansoman Circuit Court for allegedly stealing GH¢50,800 and two Tecno mobile phones from a businessman’s car in Accra Central. The incident occurred on September 20, 2025, when the victim, Seidu Mohammed, parked his Opel vehicle in front of UBA Bank and left it unlocked while buying tea nearby. Labourer Sentenced to One Day in Jail for Window Frame Theft

A 34-year-old labourer, Kingsford Nii Sackey, has been sentenced to a single day in prison by the Circuit Court in Accra after admitting to stealing window net frames worth GH¢30,875.
