KEN OFORI-ATTA’S RECOVERY AFTER SURGERY MAY TAKE UP TO 3 MONTHS – WIFE
The Wife of the embattled former Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta has given possible timelines by which her husband would be able to honour the invitation by the Special Prosecutor to appear before his outfit in person. According to Prof Mrs Angela Ofori-Atta, after a successful surgery on June 13, Mr Ofori-Atta would require about 3 months to recover fully.
“He has quite a bit of pain. We have to make sure his wounds don’t get infected. I think that they are expecting that he will be much improved after a while when the wounds heal. Then there would be a period of about 3 months when there’s observation going to happen, then hopefully after 3 months the recovery will be complete, and that’s if all goes well,” she explained on Jun.
