The Human Rights Division of the High Court has deferred the legal proceedings between former Finance Minister Kenneth Ofori-Atta and the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to November 25, 2025. This decision came after a hearing on October 23, during which Mr. Ofori-Atta’s legal team submitted two motions: one requesting access to specific documents (discoveries), and another seeking permission to revise the original motion filed. Lawyers for the OSP opposed both applications. The court will now reconvene next month to deliberate further on the matter.
