NIA rolls out Ghana Card issuance for children aged 6–14 from Oct 6

The National Identification Authority (NIA) has announced that it will commence the issuance of Ghana Cards to children aged 6 to 14 years starting Monday, October 6, 2025. The initial phase of the exercise will take place in 56 districts nationwide and will cover children who have already completed their registration. The National Identification Authority (NIA) has announced to the general public that it has commenced Ghana Card registration for Ghanaian children aged 6 to 14 years at all NIA premium centres nationwide.
