Antoine Semenyo in action against Angola in a 2025 AFCON qualifier
30,050 tickets for Ghana’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Chad will not be sold electronically but will be sold manually Citi Sports can confirm.
The game that is scheduled to be played out on Friday, March 21 at the Accra Sports Stadium, will have tickets sold manually; a development which is a clear departure from recent Black Stars games that had fans patronize the games via e-ticketing.
Ticket rates have also been released with the popular stand going for 10 Ghana Cedis, the Osu stand going for 20 Ghana Cedis, the Lower VIP ticket going for 100 Ghana Cedis ($6.45) with the VIP ticket going for 150 Ghana Cedis ($9.68) and VVIP tickets going for 200 Ghana Cedis ($12.91).
Ghana’s National Men’s Football Team, the Black Stars, go into Friday’s game under a lot of pressure after failing to qualify to the 2025 AFCON.
The Black Stars held their first training session on Monday, March 17 at the Accra Stadium with nine out of the 26 players invited for the game, in attendance.
