Koforidua, Ghana – 25th/08/2025 – Pentecost Senior High School (PENSEC), Koforidua, one of the distinguished educational institutions founded by The Church of Pentecost, is set to celebrate its 25th Anniversary this September under the theme 25 years of nurturing future leaders of excellence and virtue. THE PENSEC STORY.
Established on 16th February 2000, the school was founded with the vision of shaping future leaders who embody both academic excellence and moral virtue. The foundation stone was laid by the late Apostle M.K. Ntumy, then Chairman of The Church of Pentecost. Originally managed by the Pentecost Social Services Directorate, the school was officially absorbed into the public education system in 2016.
Over the past 25 years, PENSEC has grown to become a citadel of learning and discipline, committed to nurturing students who are globally competitive and morally upright. With its inclusive values and transformative vision, the school seeks to extend its influence beyond the borders of Ghana.
